Punjabi
people usually are unfit than those of other people. Their cuisine involves the
food containing too much oil which destroys their life and they suffered a lot
of disease like an increase in cholesterol level increase in weight obesity
etc. They put on lots of weight which destroy their life and they feel issue in
the future life.
These people destroy their physical health. The Punjabi food
is much oilier than that of other food. Today’s generation want to eat junk
food but the older generation now a day’s preferred the old cuisine.
As one elder man said: ‘I stop feeling
hungry and am satisfied if I eat roti … It is important for me to eat roti at
least once a day. The Punjabi people have different method of cooking but their
food is as same as Pathan food.
The Punjabi uses too much oil and spices. The
Punjabi breakfast usually consists of Paratha Allo Paratha Halva
Pori Lassie Masala Tea Amritsar Kulchas Phainis Dahi Khoa Paya Aloo Paratha.
They also depend on fresh fruits and vegetables.
The Punjabi people eat these kinds
of things and they are not able to do a lot of work. They tired early due to
their more weight and fatness. They mostly depend on machines for their work.
They use very little effort on hand labor. They become sick early. To avoid all
from these and to enjoy better health you must be diet conscious.
Hard working makes you Stronger and Stronger. In that case
Pathans are also in front of Punjabi's. Pathans are didn’t feel any shamed
doing any work while Punjabi's have feel that they are honorable so they Didn’t
do any work through that their dignity is divine.
For example in Pakistan mostly Pathans are make their business
in export and import vegetables and fruit but Punjabi's are didn’t do that
because they think they through this way their dignity and value are become
less and devalue.

Pathans are not too fat as like Punjabi are fat. Pathans are
lives in those areas which are rigid, hard, cruel terrains since thousands of
years. The environment is directly affected on your health because if you have
a environment in which machine are work than it’s difficult to maintain your
body smart and health.
Let take an example of that if you have a distance between shop
and your house is one Km, if you are going on foot than you are walking two km
in a day its better for health and if you have bicycle than you didn’t even
walk half Km. So it’s important in which areas you are lived.

Pathan is

So they are healthy and physical fit they enjoy their life. They do lots of
work than the Punjabi people because they never tired early. They believe on
hand labor.
They never ever prefer too much use of machine. Pathan never felt
sick early. You never ever seen any Pathan beggar round about in Pakistan
because they believe to work hard then earn. They do work hard so they enjoy
best of their health.
They never ever sit free. They take good diet and utilize

brave nation but Pathans are too much brave they are facing any challenges
